On Friday, November 20, Lincoln Davies, an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will present at the 11th Kratovil Conference on Real Estate Law & Practice at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
This year’s conference, “Water as a Resource: Impact on Real Estate Ownership, Development, and Land Use Policy,” will explore the relationship between water and real estate and examine emerging water issues and sustainability in the United States in the coming years.
Davies’ presentation is titled “East Going West? The Promise of Assured Supply Laws in Modern Real Estate Development.”
