On October 2, andre douglas pond cummings, a Visiting Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, spoke on “Post Racialism and the Financial Market Crisis” at the Latino Critical Race Theory (Latcrit) Conference held at American University in Washington, DC.
Two days later, on October 4, he delivered a talk titled “Thug Life: Hip Hop’s Curious Relationship with Criminal Justice” at the Intersections of Law and Culture conference at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland.
