University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Jorge Contreras has published a new book. The Cambridge Handbook of Technical Standardization Law: Competition, Antitrust and Patents is newly released by Cambridge University Press.
The text is the first comprehensive global treatment of a rapidly growing field that lies at the intersection of patent and antitrust/competition law.
