Timothy Conde (2004) has been elected a partner in the Salt Lake City office of Stoel Rives. He represents clients in commercial contract, business tort, employment, professional negligence, real estate and other commercial litigation. He also assists employers with disputes involving employment agreements, covenants not to compete and nondisclosure obligations.
