Cassell to Prepare for SCOTUS Argument with Jan 8 Moot Court

On January 22, Paul Cassell, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will travel to Washington, D.C. to argue before the United States Supreme Court regarding restitution for victims of child pornography crimes.  He will be accompanied by Associate Professor Michael Teter and 3L Jeremy Christiansen.

To help prepare, on Wednesday, January 8 at 12:15 p.m., Cassell will present his argument in a moot court to be held in the Sutherland Moot Courtroom.  Students and faculty are invited to attend.
