In an article posted December 13, 2007, Quinney College Professor Paul Cassell was quoted in U.S. News & World Report in an article titled “Giving Crime Victims More of Their Say.”
Cassell, a former federal judge who left the bench to return to teaching at the S.J. Quinney College of Law and advocating for victims’ rights, stated that, “What our goal should be is to put the victim back into the position as if no crime had been committed.”
