Paul Cassell, a Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in an October 9 New York Times article about Tim DeChristopher, a 27-year-old University of Utah student who bid on oil and gas leases offered during the waning days of the Bush administration, even though he had “neither the money nor intent to actually fulfill” them.
