In an opinion released July 9, 2013, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit cites an article by Robin Craig, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, titled “Administrative Law in the Roberts Court: The First Four Years,” which was published by the Administrative Law Review in 2010. Gila River Indian Community v. United States, — F.3d —, 2013 WL 3388500, at *22 n.16 (9th Cir. July 9, 2013). The case evaluates the propriety of the United States’ decision to take land into trust so that a Tribe could build a casino.
