Interim Dean Robert Adler and Professor Robin Craig have coauthored a new legal text, Modern Water Law, with Noah Hall, Associate Professor of Law at Wayne State University.
Modern Water Law: Private Property, Public Rights, and Environmental Protection, is described as “a comprehensive text to study the range of legal issues and doctrines that affect water resources in the United States.”
Robert Adler is the James I. Farr Chair and Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Robin Craig is the William H. Leary Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
