Through their work, they provided timely advice to policymakers and stakeholders dedicated to saving the lake.

Highlights included:

  • 4 law review/academic articles
  • 7 white papers
  • Presented their work to over 40 state and local policy makers, 16 influential organizations, and 5 academic institutions.
  • Co-sponsored UC Davis Law Review Symposium
  • Launched the Environmental Policy Accelerator to provide law students with experience in developing actionable policy solutions for Great Salt Lake
  • Launched Lake Leaders Initiative, a program to assist local governments in conserving water for Great Salt Lake
  • Early stages of a pro bono partnership with a leading law firm
