Law and Policy Program Update

The team grew to 6 employees this year, all focused on scholarship on key environmental and natural resources issues.

Highlights included:

  • Welcomed John Ruple back from service with the White House Council on Environmental Quality
  • Grew the Law and Policy Program to 6 members
  • Continued to produce scholarship focused on public lands, critical minerals, permitting practices, NEPA implementation, and Tribal environmental law - 4 articles,1 white paper, and 1 book chapter
  • Presented at 19 national and international conferences
  • 11 blog posts
  • Dozens of media quotes and appearances
