McCormack to Present at German Conference on Judicial Fairness
From October 24-26, Wayne McCormack, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will present at a conference at Osnabrück University in Germany. The conference, Ensuring Fairness in Cases Involving Foreign Parties in Domestic Courts, is sponsored by the International Association of Judicial Independence and World Peace.
