On Tuesday, April 21st, the Minority Law Caucus student organization will host its annual auction and fundraiser. Auction items are donated by College of Law faculty, staff, local businesses and students. Proceeds go directly to fund MLC scholarships and events. The auction’s tradition spans almost three decades, beginning when Professor Robert Flores, then a 3L, hosted the first of its kind during the 1986-87 academic year.
The 40+ prizes include an 8-person weekend stay at a cabin by Strawberry Reservoir, a “Roar Like the Twenties” party, a bar review course, a Sundance Film Festival package, and many others. Click here to see the full list »
Jasmine Fierro, president of the MLC, would like to invite all members of the legal community to attend. “The MLC has received generous donations this year, and MLC members have worked hard to make this a memorable event. Please take a moment to look over the auction item list and consider joining us for this year’s auction. All students, faculty, staff, and members of the legal community are invited to participate in this time-honored tradition.”
Come participate in the fast-paced and fun-filled MLC auction. Don’t miss it!
Going once. Going twice. Gone.
