On June 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States issued its long-awaited opinion in Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, holding that an employer that discharges an individual merely for being gay or transgender violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the three cases that lead the Court to take up the case, what this important ruling means for employers, including the key legal and practical takeaways.
