Access to employers across the nation


Utah Law is a participating member of the National Public Law School Alliance (NPLSA). NPLSA administers a nationwide interview program for all class years. This year’s virtual interview program will be held on February 21, 2025.

Student registration closes on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 12 pm Eastern Time. Please note all times are Eastern.

Student bidding/application opens on Tuesday, January 28 at 12:01 am ET and closes Monday, February 3 at 11:59 pm ET.

How to register


  1. Click the registration button above and enter your law school email address. Please note: If you participated in last year’s NPLSA Spring Interview Program, you must re-register. Student accounts are deleted after each interview program.
  2. Flo Recruit will send the student a confirmation email that contains the link to register. Students must register with their law school email address.
  3. Open the confirmation email from Flo Recruit and follow the link to create an account.
  4. After your account is created, you will be able to submit your applications once the application period opens on January 28.

Interview program timeline


All times are in Eastern Time Zone. Please make note of dates, especially the registration and bidding deadlines.

  • Saturday, Jan. 11 @ 12:01 a.m. ET: Student registration opens
  • Tues., Jan. 28 @12:01 a.m. ET: Student application period opens
  • Fri., Jan. 31 @ 12:00 p.m. ET: Student registration closes
  • Mon., Feb. 3 @ 11:59 p.m. ET: Student application period closes
  • Fri., Feb. 14: Student interview sign-up period opens
  • Mon., Feb. 17 @ 9:00 a.m. ET: Student interview sign-up period closes
  • Mon., Feb. 17 after 9:00 a.m. ET: Run automatic interview scheduler
  • Mon., Feb. 17 @ 5:00 p.m. ET : Interview times visible to students and employers
  • Fri., Feb. 21: Virtual interviews


Interview acceptance policy


If you apply to an employer through the NPLSA Interview Program and you are selected by the employer for an interview, you must accept the interview. You may only decline an interview if you have already accepted a position.  In the event of this happening, please contact your Career Development Office.

 

Flo Recruit


NPLSA administers the interview program through Flo Recruit. Registering for an account in NPLSA’s Flo Recruit site does not obligate you to participate in the interview program. But you must register in order to see the employers and submit applications.
