A performance of fifteen monologues giving voice to a wide range of experiences of family, intimacy, and kinship. The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law offers up an innovative format to explore the themes of its New Frontiers in Family Law symposium with the larger community.

Selected through a competition, the monologues will be performed by the winning authors, students, and professional actors and actresses. Monologue themes include marriage, divorce, adoption, gay people parenting, grandparents, disability, motherhood, fatherhood, sexual abuse, race, abortion, polygamy, elder care, immigration, single parenthood, step-parents, and friendship.
