Counterterrorism Simulation Design

This year is the first year that the Counterterrorism Simulation Design course is being offered at the S.J. Quinney College of law.  This year-long course, composed of seven students who participated in the 2012 Counterterrorism Simulation, is taught by Professor Amos Guiora.  The course requires students to write and produce the simulation with an emphasis on pedagogical innovation. Throughout the year, these students have continued their studies in counterterrorism, produced scripts for four mini-simulations, created grading rubrics, and reached out to leading experts in the community to produce realistic simulations.

The students enrolled in the 2012-2013 Counterterrorism Simulation Design course include Kevin Cassady, Shehnoor Grewal, Lauren Hansen, Josh Irvine, Laura Nielson, Charles Warring, and John Weithorn.
