Chibli Mallat

Chibli Mallat Chibli Mallat is Presidential Professor of Law and Professor of Middle Eastern Law and Politics at the University of Utah. He also holds the EU Jean Monnet Chair of Law at St Joseph's University in Lebanon. He is a legal practitioner and consultant, and is Senior Legal Advisor to the Global Justice Project: Iraq.
