Paul M. Schoenhard

Paul  M. Schoenhard received a B.A. from Dartmouth College (2000) and a J.D. from Harvard Law  School (2003).  Professor Schoenhard has practiced intellectual property litigation in the Fish & Neave IP Group of Ropes & Gray LLP (formerly Fish & Neave LLP) since 2003.  He has experience in multiple district courts and the United States International Trade Commission.  Additionally, Professor Schoenhard has consulted on regional governance matters and has litigated voting rights cases.  On leave from Ropes & Gray, Professor Schoenhard joins Utah’s faculty as a Visiting Professor.

Professor Schoenhard teaches and publishes in the areas of intellectual property law (focusing on patent law and trademark law) and property law.
