Terry S. Kogan

Professor of Law

Terry S. Kogan

Professor Kogan clerked for the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for one year, and practiced at the Boston firm of Foley, Hoag & Eliot before joining the Utah faculty in 1984. He served as associate dean for academic affairs from 1998 to 2003.

Professor Kogan teaches art law, contracts, legal philosophy, sexual orientation and the law, and trusts and estates.
