Lincoln L. Davies

Associate Professor of Law

Professor Davies joined the faculty as an associate professor of law in 2007.  Previously, he practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where his work focused on energy law, civil and appellate litigation, technology, and regulated industries.  In 2001, he served as a clerk to the Honorable Leonard H. Russon, Associate Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court.

Professor Davies' research and teaching interests center on energy and environmental law and policy, administrative law, and water law.

He teaches civil procedure, energy law, administrative law, and environmental justice.
