Quinney College of Law and former legal advisor to the Israeli Defense Forces’ commander in the Gaza Strip, appeared on Public Radio International’s “The World Program on July 15. Guiora discussed the legal complexities surrounding the targeted killing of suspected terrorists with anchor Jeb Sharp.
