Clifford Rosky, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of law, was interviewed for a July 11, 2014 story in the Guardian, “Gay marriage in the U.S.: what’s the legal status?”
The article deals, in part, with whether the U.S. Supreme Court will agree to consider the constitutionality of same-sex marriage in the U.S. The Utah Attorney General’s office recently announced that it will petition the Court over the 10th Circuit’s ruling that struck down the state’s ban on same-sex marriage.
