Editing a file you recieved as an email attachment

When editing a file that was sent to you as an attachment in an e-mail message, make sure that you first save it in a location that you are familiar with. The My Documents folder or the desktop are good choices! To save the file in a location of your choice you need to use the “Save As” command usually by Right Clicking -> Save As. If you simply use the “Save” command it could be saved in a temporary location that might be automatically deleted, or hard to find.
