Shannon Whisenant was an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 1995 - 2005. Her practice focused on advising emerging growth companies in formation, private and public financings and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to representing private and public clients in several public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, Shannon completed more than 50 venture capital transactions. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Ms. Whisenant was an attorney with the law firm of Hutchins Wheeler & Ditmar in Boston. She received her B.A. from the University of Utah in 1988, and her J.D. cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1992. Ms. Whisenant was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1993, in California in 1996, and in Utah in 2000.
