- Assistant United States Attorney (2006-present). During my time as a federal prosecutor, I have acted as lead counsel on numerous trials involving different types of drug and violent crimes. I have also handled other types of criminal cases including: immigration, fraud, perjury as well as appeals to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
