  • Received a B.A. from University of Utah in 2001
  • J.D from California Western School of Law in 2005
  • Law Clerk to Judge Monroe G. McKay of United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit 2005-2006
  • Assistant United States Attorney (2006-present). During my time as a federal prosecutor, I have acted as lead counsel on numerous trials involving different types of drug and violent crimes. I have also handled other types of criminal cases including: immigration, fraud, perjury as well as appeals to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
