David E. Leta is a partner in the Salt Lake City law firm of Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P., where his practice concentrates on bankruptcy litigation, business reorganizations and creditor rights. He is a 1973 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton (fka, Harpur College), where he graduated with High Honors. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from the University of Utah College of Law (nka, S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah) where he was on the Law Review Editorial Board and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
