Looking beyond OCI

With applications to Fall OCI employers are nearly finished, it is time to give thought to employers who are not coming to OCI.  After all, while OCI can lead to a job (and can be a great way to network) most jobs are found through other contacts and job searches.  Particularly now, job seekers must conduct broad-searches.  Due to potential pending fall deadlines, your next steps should be to:
