Volunteer opportunities fall into two categories:
  1. Attorney-supervised placements. A law student assists an attorney or public service agency in providing legal services. All work is submitted to a licensed attorney who supervises all client interactions.
  2. Established law-related placements. Open to non-lawyers, but law-related participating students are trained on site. Placement examples are the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, or judging of mock trials.
