The Consumer Law Clinic permits students to represent clients who have been victims of consumer fraud or have related claims or to advocate for consumer law policy changes. This clinic is available to students who have taken Consumer Protection or the Predatory Lending Seminar.
-Represent low income individuals with consumer protection cases -Help write a consumer manual and flyers -Help write educational brochures about predatory lending
Crossroads Urban Center (100-150 hrs/2-3 cr. P/F):
-Work on legislative initiatives regarding predatory lending
Registration: Students should complete the Clinical Program Application.
